 My Personal Growth Plan I plan to use my personal growth plan as my goals for my Annual Professional Growth Plan for 2021-2022. I am excited to continue my learning and I am hoping to attend technology conferences to learn more! Some conferences that have caught my eye are as follows:  EdTechWorld Form 2021-Virtual Conference  and the  Future of Education Technology Conference . As I stated in my professional growth plan that I would also be interested in the future completing my Masters in Educational Technology. I discover that the University of British Columbia offers the masters program online. I would be interested in taking this after I finish my Masters of Inclusive Education. I have found while completing this masters I am really passionate about educational technology and am excited to continue my learning! I really enjoyed developing a resource deposit for math instruction! I have used this website throughout my math instruction and it has been a great resource for students to use in class and at home. Parents also have reported that it has been useful in helping with homework. I plan to continue to build the resources that I have for the grade 5 curriculum. I have been compiling resources on my google classroom that I will eventually add to the website. I have also started building other sub-pages that are not shown within the navigation.
